Two Miami favorites, Peel and maman are collaborating for a limited time, bringing residents and visitors the ultimate summer treat.

Peel’s Valeria Alvarez and maman’s Elisa Marshall are combining two beloved ingredients: Peel’s signature banana soft serve sandwiched between two of maman’s Oprah-approved, nutty chocolate chip cookies, merging each concept’s delicious flavors together for one decadent summer sendoff treat.

“After hours of sampling and recipe testing with all of our different cookies and soft serve variations, we realized that our favorite contender was the distinct flavors that made us who we are today,” says Elisa Marshall, the co-founder and owner of maman.

Peel will also host a pop-up at maman Sunset Harbour during the collaboration, selling its decadent ice cream sandwich and banana soft serve.

“Making an ice cream sandwich together was a no-brainer, and we had such a blast testing our options—maybe too much fun because who doesn’t love soft serve and cookies,” says Valeria Alvarez, the founder of Peel.

Available exclusively on Aug. 23 and 24 at maman’s Sunset Harbour location for $9, maman and Peel will donate a percentage of ice cream sandwich sales to Food Rescue US South Florida. Food Rescue will also donate all leftover waste from maman to local shelters in the area.
