Marking a new chapter for the LEGACY (@nodaysoff) brand, Manning Sumner (@manningsumner) has spent years spreading the No Days Off philosophy around Miami. Recognizing that fitness isn’t just about working out, the new Little River location reflects the brand’s commitment to a holistic approach to lifestyle and wellness. He gives us an inside look at his No Days Off personal philosophy.
How does the new LEGACY location combine fitness and lifestyle?
The new Little River location is a game-changer for us and the fitness industry because it’s not just a gym; it’s a lifestyle destination and a hub for community and wellness. Beyond our signature Partner Interval Training (PIT) classes, personal training offerings and open gym space, we’ve included coworking stations, recovery amenities like on-site physical therapy by Force Physical Therapy, cold plunges and a sauna, a smoothie, beer and wine bar and even a barber shop. The space is designed to cater to every aspect of life, whether crushing a workout, recovering, socializing or simply recharging.

How do you find balance in your life?
For me, balance isn’t about splitting time evenly across responsibilities—it’s about showing up fully in everything I do. I’m deeply committed to my businesses and make time for family, friends, and personal growth. Fitness is a cornerstone of my routine, where I recharge mentally and physically.
Walk us through your fitness and workout regimen.
My routine stays consistent, with adjustments as needed to manage work, travel and family. I wake up at 4:00 a.m. and hydrate with NO DAYS OFF Premium Water before heading to the gym. I begin with red light therapy, followed by the Bemer mat and a warm-up for my workout. My training typically includes two to three days focused on strength, two days combining strength with high-intensity cardio and two days of more aerobic conditioning.
What do you hope this new fitness location brings to Miami?
I hope the Little River location becomes an extension of our commitment to being a catalyst for positive change—not just in fitness but in how people approach community and lifestyle. This facility was designed to be more than a gym; it’s a gathering place where people can connect, recharge and thrive together.

Walk us through the No Days Off philosophy.
It is a commitment to becoming your best self. It’s a mindset, not just a motto. It’s about daily self-improvement, whether in the gym, work or life. It’s not about perfection or “the grind;” it’s about progress. At LEGACY, this philosophy drives everything we do.
