Storied footwear brand Manolo Blahnik solidifies its first South Florida location in the Miami Design District.

The iconic brand Manolo Blahnik is stepping into South Florida with a stunning new boutique in Miami’s Design District. This marks the first location in the state, and for Kristina Blahnik, it’s the fulfillment of a long-held vision.

“We’ve always considered Miami our second home in the United States,” Kristina shares. “It’s an exciting opportunity to share our story here, especially given Florida’s vibrant connection to our Hispanic heritage.”

The Miami boutique, a manifestation of the brand’s refined, artistic spirit, has been in the works for several years. “Finding the perfect location took time,” Kristina shares, “but the Design District was the ideal place to create a unique presence for Manolo Blahnik.”

Since Kristina’s first visit in 2014, the Design District has evolved into a global epicenter of luxury, with brands seeking to define themselves in a space that celebrates independent identity. For Manolo Blahnik, this environment is the perfect backdrop. The boutique’s façade draws inspiration from the brand’s passion for the art deco movement and iconic artists like Bridget Riley—whose work has influenced many of Manolo’s designs over the decades.

Inside, the boutique offers a refreshing departure from convention. “Each of our stores is different,” Kristina notes, “and in Miami, we’ve introduced dynamic, moveable shelving with folding slats, adding an interactive and evolving element to the space.”

“It’s a place to relax, share stories and connect,” Kristina says, “not just a store to sell shoes, but a community space.”
