After a little less than two years of ownership, Grammy-winning singer and international star Marc Anthony has listed his Coral Gables mega mansion for $27 million. He bought the property in 2018 from the great, great-grandaughter of the Bacardi Rum founder, and with 20,546 square feet of living space, the sleek and sumptuous home is one of the largest in south Florida.

According to a report by DuJour, the home known as "Casa Costanera" is represented by Anamaria Velásquez of Nexxos Realty and co-listed by John Parsiani of Cervera Realty. The sprawling, tropical estate features 12 bedrooms, 13.5 bathrooms, an elevator, three kitchens and a wine cellar. There are even seperate staff quarters, so you can be sure the place runs like clockwork.

Situated on 1.3 acres in Coral Gable's well-wooded neighborhood, Anthony has no doubt enjoyed the 480-square-feet of water frontage looking out over Biscayne Bay. Built in 2016, the one-of-a-kind abode is absolutely stunning with a white facade and multi-colored Spanish tile roof. Designed by Rafael Portoundo, the interior features dark wood finishings against stylish white and stone walls, while the bathrooms appear warm with wood panel floors and outdoor spaces shine with green.
