Fashion lovers are in for a treat during the city’s annual Art Week. The luxury resort wear brand Asta Resort (@astaresort) will debut a new pop-up at The Standard Spa in Miami Beach, offering an exclusive, limited-time space that will offer core collection pieces, items from the new spring/summer 2024 line and capsule designs made just for the event. Inspired by European travels, Asta Resort’s creative director showcases an immersive pop-up environment evoking relaxed Mediterranean glamour. The bungalow space features curvy plaster details and Greco-Roman-inspired sculptural furnishings accented in vibrant shades of green. On view starting Dec. 4, the event will run into the new year.
Museum of Sex Miami

The Museum of Sex, whose flagship location opened 21 years ago in NYC, will debut its first outpost in Miami’s Allapattah arts district on Dec. 2, ahead of Miami Art Week and Art Basel. The museum features three exhibition galleries, a retail boutique and a cocktail bar. Debut installations include Hajime Sorayama: Desire Machines, Modern Sex: 100 Years of Design and Decency, and Super Funland: Journey into the Erotic Carnival. Snow Beach Frozen Treats
Showcasing the vision of internationally acclaimed visual artist Alex Israel, Capital One and The Cultivist are teaming up to present Snow Beach Frozen Treats during Miami Art Week. The artist’s pop-up frozen yogurt shop transports visitors to a retro-inspired immersive experience complete with 80’s splendor. Open to cardholders and the general public, the installation will host exclusive dinners curated by Michelin-starred chefs Dominique Crenn and José Andrés for cardholders before opening up to the public, culminating with a Sunset Social with live sets spun by Mark Ronson and DJ Jazzy Jeff . 1111 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach
Art After Dark at COTE Miami
MICHELIN-starred and James Beard-nominated COTE Miami is once again presenting renowned private art collections during its Art After Dark. Presented in partnership with Artline and American Express, guests will have the opportunity to view private art. From learning about the collectors and their visions to hearing personal stories, COTE Miami’s theme centers around relationships, taking a deeper look at what brings us together. With collections from Amanita, Artline, Craig Robins, Henry Buhl, John Marquez, Miyoung Lee and Reilly Opelka, the gourmet dining spot is bringing people together with inclusive art and food. The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, is set to present the debut of Studio Snoop’s House of Tilly, the world’s first AI artist. As one of the most buzz-worthy events, her interactive house-like structure installation presents AI-generated designs where guests can step into an artificially created world and immerse themselves in an interactive experience. Atwater Cocktail Club Takes Over Sweet Liberty Drinks and Supply Co.
Guests are in for a treat during Miami Art Week. Sweet Liberty, whose slogan is “pure happiness,” is teaming up with Montreal’s Atwater Cocktail Club, which was recently ranked #32 on North America’s 50 Best Bars. This exclusive takeover brings an evening of craft cocktails that will transport patrons’ taste buds on a journey from Montreal’s vibrant cocktail scene to the sandy shores of Miami Beach. The event will be co-hosted by Atwater Cocktail Club’s director of beverage and education, Kate Boushel and Sweet Liberty’s beverage director, Naren Young, who will create a curated selection of cocktails that showcase both bars’ distinct styles. Guests can also expect live art from Atwater Cocktail Club’s co-founder and artist, Roberto Porres, who will create a series of one-of-a-kind works available for purchase throughout the event.
