Set far above the city in the heart of Brickell, Miami's newest rooftop lounge Rosa Sky Rooftop is hosting the neighborhood's first rooftop brunch starting at noon on Sundays. Rosa Sky offers panoramic views of the glittering Miami skyline, premium hand-crafted cocktails and endless drink options, globally-inspired brunch foods, and dynamic music for a truly iconic Sunday funday.

This exciting rooftop lounge, perched among the towering skyscrapers of Brickell, provides limitless bubbles, sangrias, and rosés for up to two hours, until 6:00 p.m. Guests can drink unlimited Moet "Imperial" Brut, Pinot Grigio - Calirosa Tequila & Passion Fruit, and Antinori "Scalabrone" for $100 per person. There are also a la carte alternatives. For the perfect brunch pairing, combine the libations with any of the ten exquisite brunch foods. Rosey Cakes ($15; made with Pink Pancakes, Maple Macerated Strawberry, and Rosé Chantilly), classic Avocado Toast ($15; made with Multigrain Toast, Avocado Mousse, Peppadew-Whipped Feta, Radish, and Mint), savory Huevos Rotos ($16; made with Crisp Marble Potatoes, Brazilian Sausage, Aioli, and Fried Eggs), and more will keep guests coming back.

On the 22 level of the all-new, dual-brand AC & Element Hotel Miami Brickell, Rosa Sky is a colorful, 4,000-square-foot city hideaway. Guests can reach Rosa Sky via a street-facing elevator (at SW 1st Court), where they will be quickly transported to breathtaking sky views high above the Brickell City Centre.
