Chotto Matte, a global restaurant, brings Nikkei cuisine to Miami Beach with flavors and ingredients that deftly merge Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions. On April 5, the restaurant will debut its first-ever NFT in conjunction with NFT Week and the Bitcoin Conference. Chotto Matte will serve a limited-edition Bitcoin-inspired cocktail, the 10/31, made with Hakushu 12-year-old Japanese Whisky, Cognac, Umeshu Okinawa black sugar, and bitters as a hidden set menu, only purchasable in Bitcoin from April 4 to 10. The drink will be served with a flammable dollar garnish that will be flamed in front of the guests before disclosing a Bitcoin coin. Only those with "Whales" and "Industry" permits will have access to Chotto Matte's hidden menu, including luxurious meals like Wagyu Sirloin.
