Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz has long been regarded as the original restaurant of the Design District, a neighborhood jewel that hasn't lost its shimmer amid a rapidly evolving dining scene.

Chef Schwartz conceptualized the restaurant at a time when the neighborhood was dominated by furniture stores and the word “design” was just gaining new meaning. Now, Michael’s Genuine is surrounded by a crowd of glitzy powerhouses, but it still manages to stay genuine to its roots as a restaurant known for its ever-changing menu of freshly-sourced ingredients that are prepared with wholesome simplicity.

You're invited to join the iconic restaurant's week-long 17th birthday celebration from Monday, March 18, to Friday, March 22. Each guest dining for dinner will receive a complimenatry Champagne Lallier and a slice of birthday confetti cake in honor of the special occasion.
