The Stranger Things pop-up shop will be located at Aventura Mall. It will immerse fans in a realm of supernatural mystery, enduring friendships, and 80s nostalgia in a one-of-a-kind celebration of the Stranger Things universe.
For a short time, the store will offer a one-of-a-kind retail experience in a place filled with exclusive items and interactive photo opportunities. Fans can visit Stranger Things' most iconic locations, get up close and personal with a Demogorgon, take photos inside Joyce's House, shop at the Starcourt Mall, dodge the Rift in the lab, play games at the Palace Arcade, and take home exclusive products available only at the store. The pop-up will transport them to Hawkins.
The store will debut in Miami in time for Halloween (October 31) and Stranger Things Day (November 6), giving fans a one-of-a-kind opportunity to purchase limited edition products, including Stranger Things-themed costumes to be the envy of their spooky celebrations.
"We are thrilled to bring this retail experience to Miami and give Stranger Things fans a chance to celebrate their love of this global phenomenon," said Greg Lombardo, Head of Experiences at Netflix. "Stranger Things: The Store is a truly immersive retail experience totally stoked with 80’s vibes, and provides an opportunity for fans to step into iconic moments from the series and take home unique merchandise that isn't available anywhere else. But be warned, you never know when things will turn Upside Down!”
Following the runaway success of Stranger Things: The Store, which brought the Upside Down to New York City, Los Angeles, Paris, Dallas, and Chicago, residents of South Florida now have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Stranger Things universe and take home exclusive merchandise to commemorate their love for the series.
Visitors will find exclusive General Mills Stranger Things-themed cereal packaged in copies of 80s boxes, but set in the world of Stranger Things - the back of every box will contain a pull-out panel with interactive elements.
The story will also offer a large range of specialized merch, including makeup, fashion, toys, and distinctive accessories, including Palace Arcade, Hawkins High, and others. The holiday season will also bring fresh, new, and exclusive festive goods suitable for sharing and gifting to the Upside Down.
Fans of Stranger Things will also love the personalized clothes stations, where they may personalize their own creations. This unique experience will allow visitors to engage with Hawkins friends and adversaries, get up close and personal with a Demogorgon, and much more.
Netflix created the store, which is handled by Three Ten Merchandise Services and designed by Black Sky Creative. Although some products will be available just at the pop-up venues, others will be available for purchase online at Netflix.shop.
