Indulge in Kaori’s new Aegean Brunch offered exclusively on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. With so many alternatives in Miami, KAORI's Aegean Brunch is sure to be one of the city's hottest Sunday Brunches in the heart of Brickell. Chef Raymond Li is giving brunch a new meaning by combining the light yet intense flavors of the Mediterranean's Aegean Sea. The brunch menu features sixteen new dishes that put a fresh spin on the restaurant's famous and diversified Mediterranean-Asian-inspired culinary offerings.
Try delicious dishes like Shakshuka made with duck egg, herb salad, and crispy rice; Skull Island Prawns with Szechuan shchug and pickled cucumbers; Royal Miyagi Oysters made with dill-pea flower mignonette and turmeric oil; a Challah French Toast made with dill maple syrup, cinnamon & clove powdered sugar, whipped koji butter, and seasonal fruit and more.
Brunch in Miami isn't complete without a couple of delicious cocktails. Diego De Leon, KAORI's Bar Manager, has designed a new cocktail menu available only for Sunday Brunch! A specialty Espresso Martini made with Tito's vodka, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, biscotti, and espresso; the Pushin' Paloma made with 818 Tequila Blanco, Pamplemousse, carpano botanic bitter, lime, grapefruit soda, and salt; and the Michelada #1 made with Sapporo Premium Lager, Culture to Culture Sangrita, lime, and salt are among the cocktails available. Zonin Prosecco with Mimosa, Bellini, or Chismosa boosters; $35 for 4 Estrella Damm - Mediterranean Lagers; and Amass Faerie Fizz and Sun Sign Botanic Hard Seltzers are also available.
