Luxury living has taken on a new meaning in a wellness-focused society. Fresh air and green space are coveted assets when it comes to resetting the mind and soul, and Miami’s newest residences are catching on. These five luxury residential developments are being built with outdoor green space as a selling point (although we’d argue there’s lots more to gawk at than just the vegetation).
Miami Beach’s newest residential tower, Five Park, brings with it an outdoor oasis that extends far beyond the oceanside living we know and love. Take a step outside your home here and you’ll be greeted by Canopy Park, a three-acre ecosystem of luscious greenery and bright florals (including an expected 600 orchids, in partnership with Fairchild Tropical Garden). The grounds embrace outdoor living at its finest, featuring an outdoor gym, event lawn, a dog park, retail pavilion, several art installations, a botanic grove, and even a MONSTRUM playground for kids. To balance out the greens, Five Park also provides access to a private stretch of blue waters and golden sand exclusively for residents, complete with complimentary sunscreen and water bottles.
A key to a condo in ONE Park Tower by Turnberry is the equivalent to being granted access to utopia. Situated on 184-acre city-within-a-city SoLé Mia, Turnberry and Rosso Development’s ONE Park Tower is the first luxury condominium to join the idyllic North Miami community, conceptualized by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica. ONE Park Tower promises resort living year-round, with its main draws being eight miles of biking and running trails, a half-acre garden designed by Enzo Enea, and the expansive private beach surrounding a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon. Residents can enjoy the perks of a doting Concierge team, provided by the ONE Beach Club, should kayaking or paddleboarding be on the day’s agenda.
Piero Lissoni’s Italian masterpiece Casa Bella delivers the pinnacle of luxury to Miami’s Arts & Cultural District. Italian living is synonymous with sophistication and elegance, and Casa Bella embodies the two seamlessly. Its Enzo Enea-designed gardens adorn the 11th floor pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay, and travel a few stories higher and you’ll arrive at the private observatory deck for an elite glimpse of the city skyline. Don’t forget about the open-air yoga lawn and pickleball courts for when you’ve reached your lounging limit.
City living doesn’t have to mean compromising on green space, a notion The St. Regis Residences has capitalized on with its sprawling grounds. The pool decks of both towers boast bayside gardens with plush seating to mimic the natural outdoors, and there’s also exclusive beach club access and a private marina attached so that you’ll never have to venture far to take the yacht for a spin.
While French brand Baccarat is most famously known for its crystals, its real estate capabilities are just as grand and luxurious, as proven by its second residential tower, Baccarat Residences in Brickell. Even the building’s entrance is landscaped by flourishing greenery. The waterfront offerings are the highlights, with an infinity pool situated atop Miami River and Biscayne Bay, an upcoming riverside restaurant, a connected promenade, and a private marina with on-demand reservation services and a private water taxi. To top it all off, residents can take advantage of access to 1 Hotel South Beach amenities, including the beach, for a taste of both the river and ocean.
