Noble 33 brings its internationally celebrated dining concepts to Miami, setting the stage for more high-energy, chef-driven experiences.
Noble 33, the international hospitality powerhouse led by visionaries Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, is redefining the luxury dining experience as it expands into South Florida. With a rich legacy in curating high-energy, chef-driven culinary spaces, the duo is setting its sights on Miami, introducing its celebrated brand. Known for restaurants that seamlessly merge modern aesthetics with a lively ambiance, Noble 33 is bringing new concepts to the city over the next year.

The first of these, Sparrow Italia, opening this past October in Miami’s Wynwood district, brings an innovative Italian and steakhouse-inspired menu that has already captivated international audiences in Mayfair, London. Under the expertise of Noble 33 corporate executive chef Martin Heierling, Sparrow Italia embraces Italy’s culinary heritage while infusing it with a Mediterranean flair, showcasing ingredients of the highest quality and a unique blend of contemporary and classic dishes. Signature offerings, from the luxurious truffle cacio e pepe to the indulgent wagyu carpaccio and Oscietra Caviar, promise a gastronomic journey for discerning diners.

Noble 33’s beverage director Juan Carlos Santana’s meticulously curated beverage program further enriches the experience, celebrating Italian and American wines and an extensive cocktail selection that appeals to refined palates. Nestled within the chic, 8,700-square-foot venue designed by ICRAVE, a Journey studio, with architecture by Kobi Karp, Sparrow Italia captivates guests with its warm tones, carved wood, and plush seating, creating a setting that is as sophisticated as it is inviting.

Noble 33’s influence continues to expand across Miami, with Casa Madera serving as the brand’s third and most prominent location, following West Hollywood and Toronto. Casa Madera, a coastal Mexican dining experience infused with European influences, promises to bring the energy and culinary artistry that has distinguished Noble 33’s other establishments in cities like Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.

Occupying two levels across 17,660 square feet, the space offers an elevated dining experience, with a sleek bar, lounge and dining area on the lower floor and a private, members-only rooftop deck featuring a sunken pool and sweeping views of Wynwood and Downtown Miami. Designed by ICRAVE, the interior evokes the airy elegance of the Mexican Riviera, blending light plaster walls, richly-grained wood, and lush greenery. Guests will savor refined dishes like the tiger shrimp tacos with avocado tomatillo salsa and jalapeño cabbage for a kick and the grilled crab legs featuring hoja santa, chimichurri, charred lemon and a drawn gypsy butter.
