Nossa Omakase Presents A One-Night Only Exclusive Experience

Nossa Omakase presents an exclusive and opulent dining spot just in time for the holiday season. On Dec. 19, the luxurious dining destination’s chef, Sebastian Labno, is teaming up with Antonuis Caviar and renowned Barons de Rothschild Champagne to create a 16-course omakase experience.
For one night only, the exclusive and upscale sushi spot unveils a new interpretation of omakase, complete with luxurious caviar and Champagne. Draped in secrecy, guests enter through a speakeasy bar showcasing vintage Japanese films before being escorted through the corridor to a theater-like den.
Throughout the meal, guests can indulge in the opulent menu with four styles of Champagne and wine. Priced at $400 per person, guests can enjoy artfully created bites with fish flown in from Japan. Highlights include dry-aged Japaned bluefin tuna, otoro, dry-aged Japanese salmon, king salmon belly and more. Special courses will also include unpasteurized caviar from Antonuis, a family-owned company that has operated for nearly 25 years.
During the exclusive dining experience, guests can expect tasteful dishes and family stories of Baron de Rothschild, dating back to 1853.
