Fitting right into Miami’s wellness-driven scene, NU–meaning naked in French and Portuguese–encourages its customers to focus on clean, authentic food while minimizing unnecessary additives.
Created by Santi Pont, NU’s curated menu blends homemade flavors into an authentic Spanish, French and Mediterranean culinary experience.
"NU Real Food was born from the idea to bring healthy food closer to people in a different, fun, and creative way,” Pont shares. “We want to offer great food while also promoting a healthy and authentic lifestyle where people can express themselves freely, be happy, and create positive changes in their community and environment.”

Prioritizing wellness on every front, NU’s diverse menu caters to every meal of the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes. Adding healthy and innovative twists to classic dishes, guests can indulge in delightful breakfast options such as carrot waffles or activated charcoal flatbreads or opt for the gluten-free choices available.
Other menu highlights include shared dishes such as the gluten-free sweet potato bravas. Also on the menu are the NU plates, fully customizable with a choice of protein, base, sauces and more, a wide selection of decadent cold-pressed juices, superfood energy-boosting smoothies and probiotic kombuchas. Guests even have the option to order organic red and white wines.
“We aim to build a vibrant community of individuals who seek to elevate their being, nourish their bodies and live through the power of Real Food,” said Pont. “We are changing the way of servicing food in the healthy fast-casual industry.”
