The delicious menu has been carefully curated by Executive Chef, Darren Anklam, with an emphasis on locally sourced and fresh ingredients. Unique menu highlights include Lobster Pizza, Liege Waffles and a Whole Roasted Branzino which has been cooked in the restaurant’s wood-fired oven.
“I was inspired by the unique ingredients found in Miami while creating this menu,” says Chef Anklam, "With an abundance of fresh seafood and excellent produce, I wanted to make sure they were the star ingredients of the menu. From dishes such as Lobster Pizza made with poached lobster, tarragon and Calabrian peppers to a fall-inspired Kale Salad with cured egg yolk and garlic sourdough, there is something for everyone.”
Chef Anklam suggests ordering sharing plates for the table when dining at Ocean Social. Many items, including the starred Whole Roasted Branzino, are cooked in the wood-fired oven.
The team at the Eden Roc is very excited about this new addition to the hotel’s vast culinary offerings. Eugenia Dwyer, General Manager of Eden Roc Miami Beach said, “Ocean Social is meant to be a place for people to gather,” she continued, “All the dishes are crafted for sharing, so whether it’s a celebratory dinner with family or a happy hour with friends, guests will be able to take in our unique ocean views while enjoying our elevated wood-fired bites, colorful salads and hand-crafted cocktails.”
The iconic hotel was designed by world-renowned architect Morris Lapidus in 1955 and has since become a staple in the Miami hospitality scene. Ocean Social now sits with an amazing group of restaurants on the property including, Nobu Miami, Cafe Inez and Lobby Bar.
The restaurant is officially open for diners and could not be more excited to share its flavorful menu. Its offerings are available for breakfast and lunch, Monday through Thursday, dinner seven nights a week and delicious brunch Friday through Sunday.
