Habitat, the hotel's trademark modern-day Mexican restaurant with sustainably sourced cuisine, is now offering a fantastic Sunday brunch experience with indoor and outdoor seating at 1 Hotel South Beach.
The brunch is $55 per person and includes an extensive buffet prepared by both Chef David Henriquez and Pastry Chef John Martinez and unlimited beverages. Guests will begin with a selection of family-style appetizers before selecting a main course from a menu that includes Quiche + Caviar, Dungeness Crab & Corn Omelette, and Tostada Benedict, among others.
As a spectacular conclusion, guests can choose something sweet from the carefully selected dessert trolley, which features a rotating range of delectable pleasures. Cuarto Leches with dulce de leche mousse and Tropical Cheesecake with pineapple and guava filling, to mention a few, will be among the rotating signature desserts.

Guests can also enjoy free-flowing beverages in addition to Habitat's brunch buffet. Guests can choose from two beverage menus: Rose, Prosecco, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and select Habitat cocktails, starting at $35 per person.
