Opening Day at Marlins Park this year will be one for the books! A reimagined entertainment destination, Marlins Park will be every baseball fan's go-to for a first-class entertainment experience and Miami-centric additions to the ballpark, including new culinary concepts to delight every visitor.
The season kicks off on March 28 with an amazing game between the Colorado Rockies and our very own hometown heroes at 4:10 p.m. But the party will start even before the game does—expect plenty of pregame festivities including inflatables, batting cages and a live band from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
This season, make sure you come hungry to games! The ballpark has plenty of exciting new food concepts for every palate, so get ready to enjoy an infusion of Miami flavor, along with all the classics. The food and beverage experience features a diverse array of concepts that are reflective of our ever-evolving community. Marlins Park will serve as the exclusive venue in market to host La Pepa, Butterfly Tacos Y Tortas, Novecento and Miami’s Best Pizza. The ballpark will also showcase unique menu items and activations via new partnerships with Pincho and Suviche.
Hungry to hear more? Think Latin-inspired burgers, skewers, and bowls served fresh with a side of attitude. Or maybe you’re more of a seafood person? The park will have beautifully crafted and explosively flavorful sushi rolls, ceviches and other Peruvian specialties. You can also expect to enjoy handmade empanadas and bistro-style fare crafted for Marlins Park and Latin-inspired craft sandwiches from José Andrés’ Thinkfoodgroup, such as pollo frito, butifarra dog and frito pie.
The fun doesn’t have to stop once the game is over, either. There will be post-game live entertainment on the fifth base so you can continue to enjoy all that Marlins Park has to offer. We can’t wait for this season to start!
