Miami elevates its gastronomic landscape with the grand unveiling of Otto & Pepe, an exquisite Italian restaurant boasting the city’s very first pasta bar.
Otto & Pepe emerges from the collaboration of illustrious minds in the food and beverage industry. Italian, Michelin-starred chef Viviana Varese spearheads the menu. Miami-local wine aficionado Karina Iglesias and award-winning mixologist Matias Iriarte elevate the experience with their curated selections of wines and inventive libations, along with co-founders Gabriela Chiriboga and Samuel Ghouzi, known for their notable contributions to South Florida’s hospitality sector.

At its very heart lies the restaurant’s pièce de résistance: Miami’s first-ever 21-person pasta bar. Here, diners can witness culinary artistry up close as chefs craft homemade pasta dishes with respect for traditional techniques. Divided into whimsically named categories—Red Sauce Pasta, White Sauce Pasta, More Pasta, and Not Pasta—the menu offers a rich tapestry of flavors. Signature dishes such as Doppio Pomodoro, Carbonara, and Cacio e Pepe coalesce alongside hidden gems like Zuppa di Patate e Basilico. The animated characters, Otto and Pepe, infuse the space with a playful charm, creating a sophisticated and approachable atmosphere to come and indulge. 126 NW 27th St., Miami,@ottoandpepe
