Evening Entertainment Group (EEG), directed by Diane and Les Corieri, is happy to announce the opening of Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden, an Arizona-based concept, in Miami. The high-energy restaurant, which will debut on Mar. 30, 2022, in Wynwood and is recognized as a sports and entertainment destination, will serve contemporary Italian cuisine and over-the-top beverages.
Antipasto, seafood, spaghetti, pizza, salads, and other dishes will be available on the restaurant's lively menu. Wagyu Meatballs, Rigatoni Vodka, Bucatini with Lobster, and Barolo Braised Short Ribs will be some of the restaurant's signature dishes. Oreo Bombs with whipped amaretto cream are also on the menu. New monthly creative cocktails, a 100-oz. mimosa tower, and bottle service will be part of Bottled Blonde's vast beverage portfolio. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of beers, including crafted, local, and foreign varieties.

The 9,000 square-foot open-air facilities will have a rustic yet comfortable ambiance, with whimsical pin-up female installations and creative allusions to the classic East Coast brewery. Bottled Blonde will be the ideal game-watching environment for sports fans, with 49 HDTVs, two 24-foot projection walls, two 15-foot LED walls, and huge premium booths and tables. Guests will be able to see a mix of college, professional, and UFC fights throughout the year. Bottled Blonde morphs into a vibrant nightclub with high-tech sound and lighting systems, VIP tables with private wait personnel, and a one-of-a-kind offering of bottle service presentations and sparkler shows after dark.
Out of all the EEG venues, why did the group choose Bottled Blonde as the group's first choice for Miami? And why Wynwood specifically, did the group consider other locations in the Magic City?
Les Corieri: We chose Bottled Blonde because that is the concept that we are concentrating on scaling. Down the road, we will consider bringing one or two of our other concepts here. We looked at South Beach, but we heard about the residential neighbors complaining about the nightlife aspect and felt it would be an uphill battle for permits and operations. We felt that Wynwood was up and coming, and it fit our brand much better.
Why do you think Bottled Blonde will attract the Miami public?
Les Corieri: All locations for Bottle Blondes have a heavy percentage of locals, and we feel Miami will be the same. The way Bottled Blonde transitions throughout the day from happy hour, dinner, sports, and then nightclub with local DJs will attract local Miami residents.
Is this franchise going to be different from the other locations?
Les Corieri: Every Bottled Blonde looks and feels the same. Miami won't have a rooftop like Scottsdale and Dallas, but other than that difference, Miami is identical.
What do you expect to come out of this new location?
Les Corieri: We would like to see Miami's Bottled Blonde have the same success that we have seen in other markets. At that point, we will bring additional concepts to Miami.
From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., the pizzeria will offer a weekend brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday. From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Happy Hour will have $8 beers, $9 frozen drinks, $10 draft margaritas, and $12 pizzas. On Sunday, a Mind Eraser $12 cocktail menu will be available all day, with specialty drinks such as Pucker Up (lemon vodka, lemonade, sprite, and watermelon red bull), Spark Plug (cold brew coffee, liqueur 43, and oat milk), and Spicy Mami (tequila, watermelon puckers, tabasco, and soda water).
Bottled Blonde is located at 2838 NW 2nd Ave. Bldg. Hours are Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. Visit the website, follow @bottledblondemiami, or contact 786-673-6925 for more information about Bottled Blonde.
