Miami’s favorite healthy food spot and cafe is officially opening its eighth location. Slated to open on October 22, the newest Pura Vida will be located in Bay Harbor.
Pura Vida opened its first location in 2012 and has since become an essential part of Miami’s wellness and culinary community. The all-day cafe serves the classic coffee shop items, with a wellness twist including fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads, wraps and many other delicious offerings.
Other Pura Vida locations include the original in South of Fifth, West Avenue, Edgewater, Design District, Aventura, Coral Gables and West Palm Beach.
This new location will serve as a middle ground between neighboring areas including Surfside, Sunny Isles, North Miami and Keystone Point. With 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, this location will become a prime spot for many in the area, just a few minutes walk from Bal Harbor Shops and Surfside Beach. There will be ample room for restaurant-goers, with table seating for 40 indoors and the brand’s classic blue umbrellas outside, with seating available for 16.
“With the additions of our Aventura location, our newly expanded Edgewater location, and now Bay Harbor, all in 2021 alone, we’re constantly amazed and humbled at how well-received our brand has been, and continues to be, in the different communities we branch into. The Bay Harbor Islands neighborhood, home to a lively, family-oriented beach community, is the most idyllic area to immerse ourselves within.“ said Omer Horev, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pura Vida.
Horev and wife Jennifer have been rapidly growing the Miami-famed business, with two more locations set to be announced before the new year.
The Pura Vida Bay Harbor will be located at 1001 Kane Concourse, with accessible street parking outside.
Fire Egg Bowl
The Bay Harbor location will offer all of Pura Vida’s starred menu items including the Fire Egg Bowl, Mango Salmon, Toasted Chicken Wrap and Jen’s Herb Salad.
