These days, everyone seems to be on the healthy, fresh-pressed juice-loving craze. However, few have been able to achieve the brand recognition and expansive presence as Pure Green. Founded by Miami-based Ross Franklin in 2014, it’s now considered the fastest-growing juice bar in the United States for good reason. With wholesome and recognizable ingredients and unmatched wellness products, Pure Green has become the go-to health craze in South Florida and beyond. Tell us about Pure Green’s expansion throughout Florida—what is the strategy behind this?
Pure Green expanded its presence into Florida with the opening of a new 4,000-square-foot corporate office in Sunrise, which is fully equipped with a Pure Green store (not open to the public), which is built inside the office exclusively for training our new franchise partners. Because we have the bulk of our corporate team living in Florida, it makes sense to have company-owned stores within close proximity to our corporate office to help manage and keep an eye on our stores.

Why is Florida an appealing market for Pure Green?
It’s an appealing market for Pure Green because COVID caused a significant influx of people to move here from all over the country. Pure Green looks to open locations in areas that have a high average income and in locations that have high-volume, walk-by traffic, which applies to many locations in Florida.

What is your go-to order at Pure Green?
My go-to order is a banana nut smoothie and almond butter and hemp acai bowl. Both taste incredible, are loaded with nutrients and keep me coming back for more.

What are you most excited for people to experience?
Our mission is to build healthier communities around the globe. I’m most excited for new people to try Pure Green products for the first time. I love watching people’s reaction the first time they try any of our products because their look after the first sip or bite says it all.
