Radio Bar is debuting a new Bourbon & Beats night every Thursday, with rare and craft bottles of the brown spirit served straight up or in inventive cocktails ($8) like the Primal Fear, made with Knob Creek bourbon, Carpano Bianco dry vermouth, cinnamon, lemon, peach bitters, and egg whites. The buzzy Cavalli Miami Restaurant & Lounge has five new cocktails inspired by the couturier himself. Concocted by head mixologist and Italian native Lorenzo Cassano are drinks like the Tre Eccellenze, made Cavalli's own vodka, ginger, lime, sage, and chili pepper, and the Cavalli vs. Cavalli, a sweet and sour mix of the designer's Le Redini red wine and orange-infused vodka, Chambord, and egg whites. 150 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach, 305-695-4191
Starting Tuesday, March 18, Cecconi's at Soho Beach House will offer an aperitivo-style happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
