Experiencing a hankering for Latin American bites wrapped in a lively ambiance? Look no further than freshly minted RosaNegra. Nestled inside Dua Miami (formerly SLS Brickell,) the novel restaurant with influences hailing from Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia and Brazil marks the restaurant group’s first foray into the U.S. market. The Brickell-based door joins its four sister restaurants in Mexico.

“Miami was the natural choice for our first U.S. outpost,” Grupo RosaNegra CEO and founder Eduardo Beaven says. “The city’s rich culture and culinary diversity perfectly align with our vision to deliver bold Latin flavors, elevated dining and unforgettable, high-energy experiences. We are thrilled to be able to bring the essence of RosaNegra to such a dynamic and globally connected community,” he adds.
Over in the kitchen, executive chef Emiliano Galindo is simultaneously whipping up stunning and delectable dishes. Picture appetizers such as Chicharron Ramos con Guacamole, burrata and lole, and a range of raw bar items including shrimp carpaccio, salmon tiradito and green ceviche with aguachile. Standout signature dishes include super colossal octopus and orzo pasta with ribs.

Guests can also slake their thirst with an extensive cocktail menu. Signature cocktails include the Amazonica, a refreshing blend of Brazilian cachaça, coconut liqueur, lemon juice and avocado; La Lola, featuring Charanda-aged rum from Michoacán, passion fruit, lemon juice and a clarified strawberry foam; and Luna crafted with Bacanora agave.

“We’ve designed a menu that celebrates the rich traditions of Latin American cuisine while capturing the unique vibrancy and flair of Miami,” RosaNegra executive chef Emiliano Galindo says. “From the freshest seafood to the finest beef cuts, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to take guests on a culinary journey through the flavors of Latin America, offering a dining experience that’s both rooted and boldly innovative,” he adds.
The vibes? Think modern yet cozy. Spanning a vast 13,600 square feet—including 4,600 square feet of outdoor dining space for alfresco dining—RosaNegra is set among a backdrop of warm earthy tones, wooden ceilings and sun-filled spaces peppered with lush greenery and plush seating.
RosaNegra captures the spellbinding spirit of Latin America. With melodic beats wafting through the air, revelers can relish live instrument performances and a resident DJ. Cheers to that! 1346 S. Miami Ave., Miami,@rosanegramiami
