Midtown is in for a treat as Rosetta Bakery announces its newest venture within The Standard Residences. In collaboration with Rosso Development, Standard International and Midtown Development, Rosetta Bakery plans to introduce its signature Italian Bakery Café and a hidden cocktail concept on the ground level of the highly-anticipated building. With this being Rosetta’s eighth outpost in Miami, the brand aims to tailor its offerings to the worldly tastes that The Standard is known for.

Carlos Rosso, founder and CEO of Rosso Development, shares his design to align with a company that embodies hospitality.

“Tommaso and his team have elevated the café experience into an art form, perfecting Italian patisserie, culture, and craft cocktails,” Rosso said. “Together, we want to create a spot that will be the first place in the morning where residents at The Standard can visit for coffee and croissants and the last place at night where they can linger and enjoy a Negroni or Bellini in good company.”

Set to open in late 2024, the cafe will feature a comfortable design with lounge-style couches and tables, complemented by an expansive outdoor terrace. Open for breakfast through dinner, the cafe will offer all the traditional treats the bakery is known for but will add a unique hidden bar concept. Unveiling the speakeasy Privato by Rosetta, the secret bar is set to offer a dedicated private lounge experience with live DJ performances, catering to Miami’s bustling nightlife scene.

Each Rosetta Bakery location promises a unique experience, with a “live menu” showcasing freshly baked creations prepared behind a glass partition.
