Luxury high-rise living is reaching soaring heights, both literally and figuratively, in Miami’s most coveted neighborhoods for work and play. In order to meet the ever-demanding expectations of elite Miami clientele, developers and condo associations are getting creative in their marketing by showcasing the full residential experience and ethos through elaborately designed sales galleries. Prospective buyers might even run into celebrity brokers while touring the sites—rumor has it that Maya Vander from Netflix’s hit reality show “Selling Sunset” roams Mr. C Residences from time to time. We’ll gladly welcome the Oppenheim Group to the 305 any day.
The first of its kind, NoMad Residences is transporting its vibrant New York City roots as a hotel and long-standing tradition of glamor and modernity to the artful grounds of Wynwood. Creatives and techies alike will flock to this new property that is set to redefine luxury living in Miami’s arts and culture capital. Developed by an all-star three-pronged team comprising of Related Group, Tricap and Sydell, NoMad Residences will also house a 13,000-square-foot Casa Tua Cucina on the ground floor and a full-service ninth-floor rooftop pool and sun deck, as pictured in the sales gallery scale model.
In a nod to the first residents-only, full-service bar to arrive in Miami, a butler will greet future buyers with the original Mr. C Bellini as they stroll through the welcome area and wander the replica of the residences designed by Meyer Davis. Interested buyers can get a taste of a furnished living area and finished kitchen concept with the signature brand design elements they can expect to see in their potential future home.
Terra Group’s Five Park “experience room” displays the views, amenities and floor plans representative of the luxury South of Fifth residential retreat, designed by Anda Andrei whose past projects include the Gramercy Park Hotel and the famous Delano. In addition to a marquee park and private stretch of beach, the residences will debut the first Miami Beach residents-only members club under the name of Canopy Club, which spans 40,000 square feet of social spaces suited for cultural programming.
It’s all about being a guest-turned-owner at The Standard Residences in Midtown, located within walking distance of Wynwood and the Design District, as well as first-rate grocers like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Rosso Development and design collective Urban Robot have taken on this project, previewed in The Standard Residences sales gallery that has been creatively assembled to represent the brand’s forward thinking. The gallery showcases a multimedia installation from Oolite Foundation artist Jen Clay (to be displayed in the building’s common areas), a creative scale model by Juan Rozas and an experiential poetry machine by O, Miami.
Situated upon an idyllic private beach and South Florida’s only Crystal Lagoon, ONE Park Tower by Turnberry’s sales gallery offers a glimpse of a Meyer Davis-finished unit with a kitchen, dining room, living room area, bathroom and lagoon-fronted deck. After touring the grounds, incoming buyers can step outside to 37 acres of greenspace and a master-planned tropical community.
