With a dedication to flavor-driven delights, Salt & Straw is expanding its beloved flavors to Lincoln Road with a new location opening in Spring 2023.

The new shop will join the current Wynwood and Coconut Grove locations which opened last year and have since become a local favorite hot-spot, featuring classic tastes in addition to Miami-inspired ice cream flavors.

“Salt & Straw was born to create community gathering places, and we’ve become known for reflecting that through our unexpected menu and storytelling,” said Salt & Straw’s CEO and founder, Kim Malek. “We are so excited to bring our ice cream to the incredible mix of chefs and new restaurants opening on Lincoln Road and become part of the South Beach community.”

While the storefront officially opens in 2023, Salt & Straw will have a pop-up on Halloween Day at the corner of Lincoln Road and Meridian Avenue from 4-8PM.

Salt & Straw goes above and beyond tradition to transform ice cream at large, offering decadence with every bite. The Portland-founded ice cream company features12 classic flavors such as Miami favorites, Panther Coffee Tres Leches and the Salty Donut Guava + Cheese. Adding to the delicious delights are the October flavors, which feature the “Ice Scream” series with the great candycopia made with Kit Kats, Snickers, Reese’s peanut butter cups and other sweet treats, black cat licorice & lavender made with pitch-dark anise and fennel caramel with luminous salted lavender ice cream and the vegan double bubble toil & trouble combining coconut cream and bubble gum. @saltandstraw
