The saltiest collaboration in Miami is back. After a successful collaboration last year, Salt & Straw x The Salty Donut is coming back for the ultimate round-two flavors.

Both businesses are deep-rooted in the Miami community, The Salty Donut being a local Miami business and Salt & Straw which quickly became a cult favorite after hailing from the west coast just last year. Both family-owned, small-batch businesses make the perfect combinations together, bringing their sweet and salty touch to various new ice cream flavors.

This year’s collaboration includes five brand new donut-infused ice cream flavors, that are not only unique but absolutely delicious.

The flavors are described as The Boston Cream Donut with a cream filling between two delicious layers of bourbon-caramelized brioche dough, with chocolate ganache. Death By Chocolate Cronut with chocolate from every angle. Horchata Donut with housemade horchata, Valrhona Caramelia chocolate and topped with cinnamon meringue. Ham + Jam Kolaches bring a twist on the traditional American Czech pastry Kolaches, with bone-in Iberico ham, purple-red marionberry jam and salted vanilla cheesecake. Wild Berry Slab Pie is a total indulgence with an ooey berry filling with salted vanilla ice cream.

The flavor profiles of these five unique flavors are something you’ve never tasted before, transforming what it's like to have ice cream.

The collaboration officially launches on February 3 and can be purchased at Salt & Straw’s Miami locations as well as online. Salt & Straw Miami locations are in Wynwood and Coconut Grove, making themselves ideal to stop in and purchase the collaboration.
