For the dining component, Hidden Worlds Miami has brought on Miami chef Scott Linquist to helm the culinary program, bringing his expertise from his beloved eateries like Como Como Miami and COYO Taco to create a multicourse, oceanforward menu. Enhancing the experience are cocktails by Miami’s famed mixologist Gio Gutierrez of Chat Chow TV, who will present a menu of original cocktails. Seating only 32 ticketed guests each evening, the experience is designed to be memorable and intimate.

“I’m so excited to partner with Hidden Worlds to design a menu to pair with their incredibly exciting immersive dining experience,” notes Linquist. “I have been tasked to serve an eight-course tasting menu using only ocean-positive, invasive fish or shellfish, sticking with the theme of ocean preservation. Each course will pair with a visual immersive scene that is projected on the walls, ceilings and even tables.”

Additional components include art and music, as well as its daily tours of the majestic mangroves and deep oceans. Following the dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, guests are invited to head to the lounge, which will feature a rotating lineup of Miami-based musical talents. A full 360-degree experience, Hidden Worlds Miami invites you to dive into the beautiful oceanic world as unique forms of art come together for a common cause. 1330 18th St., Miami Beach, @ourhiddenworlds
