Attracting lovers of art, fashion, wellness and beauty, SENA Lifestyle Studio (@senalifestylestudio) is the brainchild of entrepreneur Brittany Peltz Buerstedde (@brittanyleahpeltz), a passion projectturned- full-time business born out of quarantine. While Peltz made her foray into the fashion world prior to the pandemic with her first children’s line, it wasn’t until she was stuck inside the house and transformed her own space into a unique work of art that she decided to share her interior design passion with others through the creation of her luxury lifestyle e-boutique and interiors firm. With an ethos of wellness and spirituality top of mind, Peltz incorporates her personal design aesthetic and the use of crystals to create individualized and visually appealing home designs, working one-on-one with her close-knit team to bring her clients’ visions to life. As a new full-time resident of Miami, we caught up with the entrepreneur, fashionista and mom to introduce her to the city with some rapid-fire questions.

My home design aesthetic is: An ode to barefoot elegance that incorporates nature and spirituality with a traveled flair that speaks to SENA’s collection of handmade Moroccan rugs, heishi beads and sage bundles that all lend to creating sacred space and a personal oasis for myself and our clients.

My inspiration comes from: My travels and summers in the Cote d’Azur as well as my early childhood and yearly trips to our family home in Palm Beach. That mix of Mediterranean meets modern, infused with texture and warmth.

My favorite part of motherhood is: Having my heart so full and connected to my minis and getting to live life through their eyes.

Favorite way to unwind: Light my favorite Taja candle and collapse in my husband’s arms.

My guilty pleasure: Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate—all kinds, every kind.

Splurgeworthy item for the home: Crystals—their beauty transcends the physical, and their energy connects with the heart of the home.

Favorite part about running my own business is: The flexibility to work when I can and still be there for all the big and small moments in my babies’ lives.

Best Miami restaurant: I love Carbone and can’t wait for Sadelle’s to move south—it’s our favorite family brunch spot.

When I’m not working or with my kids, you can find me at: A coffee shop drinking my usual oat milk cappuccino.

Three things I can’t live without: My family—they are my reason for everything. Green juice—my morning fuel. My crystals—they are my protection and my magic.
