Nestled in the iconic Setai, Japon introduces an opulent yet authentic enclave of Japanese culture, adding a new dimension to the hotel’s beloved dining options that already include the revered South Asian Jaya and Mediterranean-inspired Ocean Grill. This latest addition promises to delight guests with an immersive experience that seamlessly melds traditional Japanese artistry with contemporary luxury.

The culinary offerings, under the direction of executive chef Vijayudu Veena and executive sous-chef Ivàn Monzón, promise to tantalize the palate with a curated menu featuring signature dishes like the Chilean sea bass with charred tomato miso and succulent lamb chops. Paired with a diverse sushi and sashimi selection and an array of exceptional sake, guests can immerse themselves in a delightful Japanese dining experience.

As you step into Japón, you are warmly greeted by the stunning “Tsuru” crane, a symbol promising happiness and fortune woven subtly throughout the venue. This aesthetic sets the tone for an exciting and transportive dining journey. At its heart lies ‘The Kyoto Room,’ an intimate space for up to 14 guests, which pays homage to Kyoto through meticulous design elements like antique Japanese artwork and traditional motifs, giving the ambiance a serene, timeless allure.
