The Inaugural Smile Train Spring Fling to Raise Awareness for Children with Clefts was presented by Miami's Real Housewives Lisa Hochstein, Colombian Model and Actress Daniela Botero, Celebrity Hairstylist Danny Jelaca, and others. Spring Fling was produced by Todd Krim of The Krim Group and Stacey Ruiz of SRE events.

Lisa Hochstein, Daniela Botero, Danny Jelaca, and others staged the Smile Train Spring Fling at FunDimension Amusement Park in Miami as part of this group's ongoing commitment to help raise awareness and funding for children with cleft palates. Smile Train, the world's largest cleft-focused NGO, received more than $50,000 in donations.

The adults-only night featured live musical entertainment, a broad selection of food and drinks, unlimited laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade games. It was co-hosted by actress Daniela Botero and Lisa Hochstein from The Real Housewives of Miami. Bravo videotaped the celebration, attended by the entire cast of The Real Housewives of Miami.
