"We couldn't be more excited to expand our footprint in South Florida, bringing Sofia to what we feel is one of the most significant areas and desirable culinary destinations in Miami," says Charles Khabouth, the CEO and founder of INK Entertainment Group.
Sofia features a modern Italian dining space that combines luxury entertainment with experience. The indoor/ outdoor eatery is the ultimate upscale spot with nostalgic and quintessential Italian dishes. Diners can indulge in the award-winning culinary concept that features dishes, including menu staples such as prosciutto, carpaccio, grilled octopus, ricotta-stuffed zucchini and more. The diverse menu, curated by chef Daniel Roy, also features handmade pasta dishes and mains such as branzino, breaded veal, butter-poached lobster and premium meat selections.

Restaurant-goers can also experience an extensive cocktail menu of signature drinks featuring an Italian twist. The flavor-focused cocktail selection pays homage to Italian culture, history and even geography with drinks such as nights of Cabiria, Amarcord and Sorrentino. Sofia will also cater to wine lovers with its selection of authentic Italian vintages.
Designed by award-winning Studio Munge, the destination displays high-end European glamour, matching the tone of the iconic Miami neighborhood it inhabits. In addition to the stunning design, Sofia has a unique rotating art collection, and guests will have the opportunity to purchase the pieces on display.
Set to be a bustling hub within the Design District, Sofia will cater to late-night revelry with nightly DJs and handpicked live entertainment for a premier celebration of Miami's Magic.
"Full of energy and mischievous curiosity, Sofia Design District will be the perfect complement to the Miami Design District neighborhood as Palm Court's newest signature restaurant," notes Khabouth.
