At the Shelborne South Beach Resort’s sweet new pop-up experience, Sweet Beach (by Sweet Liberty), you can do just that with a picture-perfect libation aptly named the South Beach Spritz. Giving a Miami flair to the classic Italian cocktail, the lovely libation has all the ingredients that equate to some stress-free fun in the sun. SIP ON THIS: SOUTH BEACH SPRITZ AT SWEET BEACH

1 oz. Martini Bianco

1 oz. Grey Goose

½ oz. Martini Fiero

½ oz. mango puree

½ oz. agave nectar

3 dashes of orange flower water

Method: Shake quickly and strain into a wine glass on fresh ice. Top with sparkling rosé wine.

Garnish: Orange wheel and spray of orange blossom
