The modern wellness retreat on the beach will offer rooftop experiences, personalized massages, and all-new fitness programming at the Confidante Hotel Miami Beach beginning May 19.

The 4,200-square-foot location mixes bespoke services–from hot-stone massages to deep-tissue therapy–with new-age options like reinvented exercise programs and on-the-go quick fixes–to create a complete wellness program. Four air-conditioned cabanas, a brand new sauna, dedicated relaxation rooms, a workout terrace overlooking the beach and the sea, and specialized products from brands like Eminence Organic Skin Care will be available at The Spa at the Confidante's rooftop refuge once again.

Located on the hotel's 10th level and serenely tucked away behind pastel-colored sails, the Spa offers a revitalized approach to health and wellness, inviting clients to treat their mind, body, and soul as a whole with treatments and services such as:

CBD Pain Relief Massage

○ This full-body massage is supplemented with CBD lotion to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle healing with better motion and flexibility. For maximum treatment, a CBD pain cream is administered to specific regions.

Melt Away Stress Hot Stone Massage

○ To balance energy flow, warm carved stones are put on your body's natural pressure points. The hot stones give a gentle full-body massage to help calm fatigued muscles and relieve tension.

Facials & Scrubs

○ These customized facial treatments cleanse and moisturize the skin, leaving it firm and hydrated with a brighter, healthier appearance. Back or foot scrubs (with Himalayan salt or the Spa's own Tropical Cacao Scrub), Himalayan hot stones to increase circulation and alleviate stress, and cold jade stones to encourage calm removal of toxins are just a few of the enhancements.

On The Go–Quick Fixes

○ In a hurry or on the go? These 25-minute trademark treatments will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Choose from an à la carte menu of treatments for frequent problem areas like the foot, neck, face, and shoulders.

Rigo León, a Cuban-born artist new to the Spa, will create the location's peaceful tone with his stunning blasts of color and a large-scale artwork at the entry. Guests can also take advantage of the latest wellness trends, such as magnet face masks and chocolate scrubs handcrafted by local artisans. A calming "Après Sun" treatment that employs aloe directly extracted from the plant adds to this fresh and upgraded experience.

These new experiences will join The Confidante Miami Beach's existing health and wellness offerings, including Saturday morning full dance fitness workouts led by DanceBody, which combine functional training with the joy of dancing to create a joyful and adequate exercise.
