Renowned hospitality leader Noble 33 unveils Sparrow Italia, its first venture in the vibrant Wynwood district. Following the success of its London outpost, this latest destination will offer a fresh take on Italian cuisine, blending tradition with modern flair.

Sparrow Italia is not just another dining spot—it’s a full sensory experience. Helmed by Noble 33’s corporate executive chef, Martin Heierling, the Italian steakhouse delivers bold, inventive flavors, paying homage to Italy’s national bird, symbolizing joy and freedom of spirit. With dishes ranging from wagyu carpaccio to truffle cacio e pepe tossed in a pecorino wheel, the menu offers something for every palate. Guests can indulge in various delicious pasta dishes crafted in-house, decadent seafood, and mouthwatering steaks like the 34-ounce prime Fiorentina.

Beyond the food, the ambiance at Sparrow Italia is equally captivating. Designed by the global design and innovation studio ICRAVE, the space fuses contemporary elegance with timeless charm. From its inviting bar to intimate arched booths, every corner exudes style and warmth. An architectural masterpiece by Kobi Karp, the 8,700-square-foot venue accommodates up to 232 guests, offering an alluring atmosphere for evenings filled with live music and unforgettable moments.

A standout feature of Sparrow Italia is its curated beverage program, led by beverage director Juan Carlos Santana. Guests can explore an impressive selection of Italian wines, along with handcrafted cocktails and spritzes that pair seamlessly with the Mediterranean-inspired menu. Whether savoring a glass of Alto-Adige wine or indulging in a spritz, there’s a taste for every mood. While ordering refreshments, guests can peruse through its pizza-by-the-slice menu, featuring varieties of gourmet pizzas like the savory pollo alla vodka made with vodka marinara, buffalo mozzarella, chicken Milanese, fresh basil and more, or even its dolce e picante crafted with arrabbiata, fresh burrata, basil, and indulgent truffle honey, all exclusively at the bar.

Miami marks the beginning of Noble 33’s grand expansion into the city, with more concepts to follow, including the coastal Mexican Casa Madera. With its roots in providing immersive, high-energy dining experiences, Noble 33 promises to bring a dynamic new vibe to Miami’s culinary scene, starting with Sparrow Italia.
