Dine At St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort's Italian Pop-Up Concept COLAMECO

Calling all Italian lovers—The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will host its Italian pop-up restaurant concept COLAMECO for one more week before it closes up shop. Executive Chef Adrian Colameco sought to spice up the holiday season with a new culinary experience that weaves together his upbringing and culinary expertise.
Guests are in for creative classics including fresh shucked oysters served with cocktail sauce and rose mignonette, homemade meatballs with pomodoro, ricotta, pesto and grilled farm bread, grilled ribeye with bone marrow rosemary butter and balsamic vinegar and “Colameco’s Specialty,” the chef’s take on classic baked ziti with crispy eggplant, pomodoro, ricotta and pesto.
The pop-up is located in the BH Burger Bar Space until Jan. 4 and is open for dinner daily from 4:30 to 10 p.m.
