Michelin-star awarded Stubborn Seed has earned the prestigious Four Diamond Designation by the American Automobile Association (AAA).
Chef Jeremy Ford’s South of Fifth fine dining destination has successfully met the four Cs of criteria: Cleanliness, Comfort, Cuisine and Consistency. Stubborn Seed was one of two restaurants to be selected for the recognition, as well as the only one in Miami.
Helmed by Grove Bay Hospitality Group, Stubborn Seed has garnered critical acclaim for its innovative eight-course tasting menu curated by “Top Chef” champion Jeremy Ford. The restaurant places emphasis on seasonal dishes prepared with fine dining techniques, acquired by Ford during his time working in kitchens with chefs such as Jean Georges-Vogerichten.
Recently, Chef Ford opened his very own Ford’s Farm, where he cultivates and grows produce for use in Stubborn Seed’s kitchen. Otherwise, ingredients found on the eight-course tasting menu are sourced from local farmers and purveyors, rotating seasonally to ensure maximum freshness.
Designed by Celano Design Studio, the industrial-chic space seats 74 guests across indoors and outdoors, making for an intimate and inclusive gathering area for diners.
