The celebrity loved and trendiest ear-piercing studio and earring brand is so excited to be officially open in Miami.

Studs has completely reimagined what it's like to get your ears pierced and has made themselves a go-to destination for clean, trendy-forward piercing jewelry that doesn’t break the bank. With safety at the forefront of Studs' mission, they also commit to using curated needles, instead of guns, to ensure safe piercing on any location throughout the ear.

The newly opened storefront was designed with a heavy influence of Miami's culture and history. The store features large silver palm trees, custom art deco beaches, neon mirrors and LED lighting. In honor of this opening, Studs has partnered with Miami-based non-profit, Camillus House for donation efforts.

The Miami location is joining Studs' extensive list in hotspot cities, including New York, California, Massachusetts and Texas. Located at 250 NW 25th Street in the heart of Wynwood, Studs is making itself the perfect place to stop by and get a dazzling piercing at.

We had the chance to chat with Studs Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer, Lisa Bubbers to learn all about the exciting Miami expansion.

Why Miami and more specifically how did you land on Wynwood?

We consider a few dimensions when choosing a Studs location. First we look at our e-commerce data and go to markets where we have a growing studs.com audience, and Florida is one of our top e-commerce customer locations. We also look for destinations where our target audience of 18-35 year olds shop and dine, and Wynwood is a cool, trendy and vibrant destination for Gen Z and millennials. We also look for destinations with strong tourism as ear piercing is a fun activity to do while on vacation. Miami, and specifically Wynwood, really checked the box on all three, and we love our location next to Uchi, Salt & Straw and close to the Wynwood Walls.

How does Studs stand out from other piercing parlors/studios on the market?

We created a small assortment inspired by our Miami store including this hot pink enamel heart huggie, pave palm tree stud, and dolphin stud, all available at our Wynwood location.
