The Miami-based food influencer has over 1 Million followers on Instagram and over 670K on TikTok, where he dishes on all his favorite recipes and Miami restaurant recommendations.
We’ve teamed up with Norena to create the ultimate fall-inspired dessert recipes. The fall months are the perfect time to bake decadent desserts, no matter the climate. Whether you’re hosting your first Thanksgiving dinner or just looking to bake some new recipes, Norena has got you covered. His easy-to-follow recipes create some of the best desserts around.
Ingredients
• 12 apples (4 of each kind: honeycrisp, gala, granny smith)
• 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup light brown packed sugar
• 1 yellow lemon squeeze
• 4 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp: cinnamon, ginger, allspice, salt, nutmeg
• 2 tbsp potato starch
• 2 pie crusts
• 1 egg (for wash)
Instructions
• Preheat your oven to 425°F
• Peel and slice your apples into strips
• In a large bowl, mix them with your sugars, lemon, honey, spices and starch
• Set aside and let rest for 30 minutes
• Using a 9inch pie pan, line the bottom with a pie crust, then add apples filling and cover with the second crust
• Remove excess dough from the sides and slice the top crust 4 times to create air vents
• Mix your egg with 2 tbsp water and coat your pie evenly
• Bake for 55 minutes, covering your pie with aluminum foil when you begin seeing the crust turn golden
• Let cool for 6 hours, slice and enjoy

Ingredients
• 10oz 60% bittersweet chocolate
• 4oz unsalted butter (about 1 stick)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp: cinnamon, ginger powder, allspice
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
Instructions
• Melt your bittersweet chocolate and butter until smooth and silky
• In a large bowl mix your melted chocolate with the rest of your ingredients
• Mix at low speed until well combined
• In an 8inch baking pan, add parchment paper and pour your mix, spread evenly
• Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for about 1 hour
• Slice, serve and enjoy
Ingredients
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp: nutmeg, ginger powder, cinnamon, allspice
Instructions
• Whip all of your ingredients in a large bowl until fluffy
• Freeze for 6 hours
• Scoop and enjoy!
