With a full-service restaurant, café, and confectionery shop, the popular American Brasserie inaugurated its fifth Florida location in Aventura Mall.

The high-energy, internationally renowned destination, famed for its sweets and delicacies, is officially open on the lower level of the Aventura Mall, with access from both the mall and the outdoor courtyard. With indoor and outdoor dining, vivid decor, delectable cuisine, photo-worthy desserts, and Sugar Factory's famous candy retail store, guests can expect a wonderful dining experience.

“We’re celebrating more than 12 years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world, and we are so excited to introduce our fun, family-friendly band to the Aventura area. From our photo op walls to our staff, every element at Sugar Factory American Brasserie Aventura is designed to give guests a memorable, Instagrammable experience from the minute they walk into the minute they leave,” said owner Charissa Davidovici.

Guests can take pictures in front of a custom 'I Heart MIA' display designed by local visual artist Jenny Perez. “It is a tribute to South Florida, featuring my signature female figure overlooking the city,” said Perez.

Inside this location, guests will find a 100-seat interior dining room featuring interactive activities, a 20-seat bar, and a 50-seat outside patio. Sugar Factory's unique over-the-top, Instagrammable décor greets guests, including lifesize floral walls with neon artwork, LED displays, the instantly recognizable floor-to-ceiling dot wall, and a luxurious 'Pretty in Pink' private dining room with seating for up to 24 people.

Sugar Factory's menu features a variety of foods suitable for each diner and is available for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes are drizzled with warm maple syrup and topped with rich chocolate chips, chewy gummy bears, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles. The Big Cheesy Burger is an Angus beef burger topped with melted white cheddar, creamy mac & cheese, and bacon, served with BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun; and the Sugar Factory Rainbow Sliders are served on colorful buns with American cheese, pickles, and Legendary desserts round out the menu. Sugar Factory's Insane Milkshakes, including the Giggles Snickers Milkshake, Princess Make A Wish, and Bacon Cheeseburger Milkshake, are Served in chocolate-covered mugs tastefully decorated. The King Kong Sundae, which comes with 24 scoops of ice cream, sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, and giant swirl pops, serves up to 12 people.

Sugar Factory's signature alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets (all of which can be served without alcohol) like the popular Lollipop Passion goblet, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces, and the Watermelon Mojito, featuring Pitbull's Voli 305 vodka and sour watermelon gummies, are available at the restaurant's elevated 20 bar seats. The Cali Love Goblet with Kendall Jenner's 818 Tequila; Bruno Mars' Watermelon Pia Colada and Mai Tai with SelvaRey Rum; Nick Jonas and John Varvatos' Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita with Villa One Tequila; and The Drake with his Virginia Black Whiskey.

Sugar Factory Aventura will be open Monday through Thursday 11:00 am-midnight, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am - 1:00 am, and Sunday 10:00 am-midnight at 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, Florida 33181.
