Each omakase seating at 5 p.m, 7:15 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. will be paired with premium sakes from Namazake Paul Imports. Namazake Paul Imports collaborates with small, family-run breweries in Japan, bringing cutting-edge, authentic sakes to the U.S. These unpasteurized, undiluted sakes offer a taste sensation like no other, making this event a unique opportunity to experience exceptional omakase Sushi by Scratch is renowned for, paired with the most elite sakes from Japan.

Priced at $325 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the unforgettable night features a 17-course tasting menu and an exclusive lineup of Namazake Sake. An option to purchase exclusive bottles of sake will be available.
