On July 5, Cupshe released its newest coveted collaboration: a line from model Tabria Majors. Packed with bold colors and a variety of styles, the “Love, Los Angeles” capsule collection imbues L.A. summer fun. Ahead of its launch, we caught up with Majors to learn more about the collaboration.

Do you have a favorite piece from the collaboration?

Yes! I absolutely love the color blocking swimsuits the most. When it comes to swimsuits I want to be as colorful as possible. These suits combine my affinity for color and sporty looks.

There is no shortage of swimwear in Los Angeles. What do you think makes your collection standout?

I believe my collection provides alternatives for plus size swimwear that aren’t as readily available. The suits are super cute, good quality, and affordable which is a combination that’s difficult to achieve nowadays. I’m so proud that we were able to make all three happen.

What do you love most about Cupshe— what makes them a great beachwear lifestyle brand?

I love that Cupshe has a wide array of styles to choose from and that they’re inclusive in their sizing. It’s not often you come across swim brands that include both traditional and extended sizing, which is something I really appreciate about Cupshe.

What is your ideal day at the beach?

If I’m going to the beach, I’m going to be extremely lazy, lol. I just want to lay and soak up the sun without a care on the world. My ideal day consists of doing this with my closest friends.

Do you have any go-to style tips for the summer?

My main style tip for this summer is to always wear sunscreen and to have some on you at all times to reapply. Sunscreen and a portable fan are items I always carry on me in the summer.
