What is something most people don’t know about you?
I am a mental health advocate. I am currently in the process of working to have a bill passed in Florida for students to have access to mental health resources 24/7 at their school, whether that be a licensed therapist on campus or access to one online.
What has been your most memorable career moment so far?
My most memorable career moment would definitely be signing to Wilhelmina Models Miami at age 14 and Los Angeles at only 15. I know that sounds cliche, but this was the first step to starting my professional modeling career.

How do you practice mindfulness to maintain mental health?
Mindfulness-based cognitive thinking is a technique I use to stop negative thoughts when I’m having a challenging moment. It helps me pull myself out of the negative moment.
What is something you can never overinvest in?
Yourself. It’s so important to invest in yourself, whether that be for health reasons or for work. In my case, it’s both.
What are some words you live by?
I always say, ‘mind over matter.’ It’s something that calms me and just reminds me that I can control my thoughts and breathing.
