Below find the best places to celebrate national tequila day. Not only will you sip on delicious tequila-infused drinks but also taste delightful foods and have a great time. If I were you, I wouldn’t want to spend National Tequila Day in any city other than Miami.

This spot's famous prickly pear margarita is a handcrafted process from start to finish. It all starts with an overnight infusion of Tequila, soaked in fresh prickly pears, and the perfect blend of freshly squeezed oranges, limes, and agave. It's all about balance; the perfect amount of each component distinguishes this drink. Canyon has been around for 28 years and practically invented the prickly pear margarita. They are closed on Sunday but offer $9 prickly pear margaritas at the bar all week (Monday through Friday) from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to celebrate National Tequila Day.

In honor of National Tequila Day, COYO Taco is giving tequila enthusiasts a reason to rejoice. From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., all five South Florida locations will serve complimentary shots of Maestro Dobel Diamante Reposado (limited per person). Maestro Dobel ambassadors will be on hand at the taqueria for guests to easily redeem upon arrival.

This cocktail is a tropical take on an old-fashioned, spirit-forward, but with approachable flavors, a classic flavor combination. Coconut is used in various ways, including toasted coconut syrup and a coconut oil wash. We use a blend of Blanco and Anejo tequila to give body and depth, and the mango is dried for a more intense infusion. A dash of homemade coriander bitters balances the fruity flavors with a hint of herbaceousness.
