Yardbird has carefully curated the perfect 4-course dine-in menu for Thanksgiving this year. The menu consists of a classic Herb Roasted Turkey Dinner with mash, green bean casserole, cranberry compote and giblet gravy. To accompany the turkey is a delicious variety of side dishes including Lobster Mac and Cheese, Melted Leek Potato Gratin, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Biscuit Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole. Finishing the classic meal with some sweets, Yardbird is offering a Spiced Pumpkin Pie with honey whipped cream, salted bourbon caramel and a gingersnap crumble.

One of Miami’s most classic Italian restaurants is transitioning its menu for the evening to help diners celebrate Thanksgiving. The 3-course prix fixe menu and one seasonal cocktail, includes an appetizer of either The Crema Di Zucca, a butternut squash crema and spiced crème fraiche, or the Polipo paired with sweet potato caponata and brown sugar pumpkin seeds. The entree options include Tacchino turkey with morini stuffing, Capesante pan-seared sea scallops, Tagliata NY strip loin paired with endive, potato terrine and Cappelletti truffle ricotta ravioli with prosciutto. And of course, everyone's favorite part, dessert, Torta Di Mel, an apple and raisin bread pudding with an apple cider reduction topped with vanilla ice cream. The three-course meal is priced at $75 a person, giving every diner the opportunity to indulge in many holiday classics.

Major Food Group has major Thanksgiving plans for Carbone this year. The classic Italian restaurant is serving a delicious three-course Thanksgiving meal. Priced at $195 per person, the offerings include a glazed turkey breast with cornbread stuffing, Mario’s Meatballs, Butternut Squash Tortellini and Tuna Calabrese. The delicious meal concludes with Pecan Pie and Lemon Cheesecake. In true Carbone fashion, this meal combines some of the restaurant's biggest hits with a Thanksgiving twist.
