Miami Beach’s first and most exclusively inclusive private membership club has undergone a jaw-dropping renovation, bringing in a new age of luxury that emphasizes a proper cocktail, elevated cuisine and a glamorous setting with incredible service and attention to detail. While the property offers a gorgeous pergola dining space and patio as well as beach and poolside menus, its latest destination brings a breath of fresh air that transports us back to yesteryear.

The Collins Room was modeled to rekindle the spirit of the jet-set era of Miami Beach’s 1950s and 1960s. Think art deco design that features crown-molded ceilings and terrazzo floors that transport you out of this era with the addition of sleek and modern interior finishes that complement the space. Bringing the glamour back to going out, the swanky setting delivers five-star hospitality on all fronts.
As you sip on a tableside shaken martini out of vintage stemware, sit back and drink in the seductive atmosphere that offers dim lighting, eye-catching accent furniture, detailed brass and copper lighting fixtures and the sounds of clinking Champagne, deep laughter and eclectic music that set the scene for the long-desired sophisticated night on the town.
Curated by APICII, the operator of The Bath Club, the food and drink menu delivers elevated continental cuisine with an exotic flair. Sample a towering seafood platter with a side of Kaluga caviar or indulge in fresh jalapeno snapper ceviche. For entrees, explore delicately balanced plates from a grilled whole branzino to lobster fra diavolo or a pepper-crusted prime rib. Cap it all off with a bananas Foster sundae or dark chocolate fondue that will satisfy your sweet tooth before ending with a digestif. At The Bath Club, present-day woes are easily forgotten and an appreciation for the simple luxuries of the past is cherished. 5937 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, @thecollinsroom
