The latest restaurant incorporates the city’s organic nature through captivating architecture and mesmerizing interior designs. Combining soft and natural interiors with a beautiful blend of natural elements, earthy hues, greenery and warm wooden accents, TULUM takes guests from Miami to Mexico with its authentic flavors, enchanting atmosphere and unparalleled hospitality.
Offering a globally inspiring menu meticulously curated to bring guests on a journey full of flavor and high-quality ingredients, guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch, with dinner launching in the fall. Brunch and happy hour will also be available later this summer. Dine on menu items such as breakfast favorites like Latin avocado toast, 24-hour French toast, a variety of omelet dishes and more.

TULUM follows up with an extraordinary lunch menu featuring a delicious Tulum beast burger made with an eight-ounce blend of bison, elk, wild boar and Wagyu beef that is then grilled queso fresco and complimented with demi-glazed mushrooms, arugula salad, red onions and tomato jam. Other items include the herbed-brined wings, which feature jumbo wings tossed in a choice of sofrito rub, housemade buffalo or Miami barbecue, or the aji chicken sandwich made with buttermilk fried chicken, aji amarillo aioli, roasted tomato gremolata slaw served on a brioche bun.
