The culinary collabs you didn’t know you craved are coming in hot this summer, thanks to Uchi Miami’s ticketed 2024 Summer Dinner series which reads like a list of the hottest restaurants on the scene.
Known for its nontraditional take on elevated Japanese cuisine, Uchi has been a go-to destination ever since it landed in Wynwood in 2021. Now, it’s sharing some of the spotlight.
After kicking off the excitement with recently reopened KYU Miami, the series will continue on June 11 with head chef of LPM Allan Esterhuizen. Guests will be treated to a Mediterranean mix of escargot, lamb cutlets and crème brûlée alongside Uchi’s Japanese-inspired dishes, marrying the two cuisines in an intimate dining experience.
