Vale Food Co, led by CEO and Founder Sunny Ilyas, attracts locals and visitors with its wide range of healthy and high-quality protein, açai, and poke bowls and an entire beverage pastry menu.
The restaurant is dedicated to health, quality food, sustainability, and community. Vale is an old English word that means "to live an earthly existence." Guests are met with Vale's fresh immersive design and evolution with earth tones and modern accents throughout the 3,000-square-foot Brickell location.
The gold, black, green, and tropical highlights in the 23-seat dining room include gold-finished palm tree light fixtures, white and gray marble counters, and dark black wood dining tables. Vale's objective to go green and eat green is defined by plants strung around the ceiling, luxuriant greenery, and fruit-centric photo possibilities. A vibrant hand-painted Vale mural and rotating Miami-inspired artworks are on display throughout the room. The restaurant has a 35-seat terrace outside.
For an upgraded dining experience, the restaurant has a 35-seat terrace outside that offers additional comfortable seating with patio sofas beneath white shade umbrellas, coffee tables lining the façade surrounded by flora, and strung lights perfect for an al fresco experience. The design of the Brickell location is similar to that of the other Vale locations, but it has a distinct Miami flair.
"I'm thrilled to finally introduce Vale Food Co to Miami and offer an all-day restaurant where visitors can enjoy high-quality, healthy food with quick service in one spot," said Sunny Ilyas, CEO, and Founder of Vale Food Co. "I'm confident that our food offerings will be a new elevated option to meet the needs of the fast-paced Brickell market and the lifestyle of our guests who are on the go, working or into wellness."
The menu at Vale Food Co is separated into a cold "superfood" station and a hot meal station, as well as a variety of grab-and-go snacks and bakery goods, famous freshly baked whole grain chocolate chip cookies, and a full beverage menu that includes matcha, smoothies, and coffee. The superfood menu highlights include smashed Avocado Toast, Chia Pudding, Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, Açai Smoothie, and Dragonfruit Lemonade. The matcha line includes KombuMatcha, Vale Matcha Blast, Vale Matcha Latte, and the new addition, the Dirty Matcha Latte. The menu is full of fresh, healthful options ideal for Florida's year-round weather.
Build-your-own protein bowls are available at the hot food station. Guests can customize the bases by adding vegetables, proteins, boosts, and sauces. Vale's distinctive turkey spinach feta meatballs, southwest braised beef, and ancho pulled chicken are among the classic and fan-favorite proteins. Sweet Earth Bowl with sweet potato noodles, roasted broccoli, teriyaki chicken, and curry honey mustard; Out of This World Bowl with cilantro lime brown rice, roasted broccoli, and ancho pulled chicken topped with chipotle ranch; and Great South Bowl with chipotle mac and cheese, roasted broccoli, and braised beef are among the restaurant's signature hot bowls. All of the food comes from local farms, and the menu changes seasonally with vegan and gluten-free alternatives.
The Brickell location is located at 900 S Miami Ave. Vale Food Co is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. It is available for delivery on third-party platforms via UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, and catering online.
