Two Miami classics have come together to create a dream collaboration.

Veza Sur Brewing Co. is serving a special beer all September long, in partnership with Chifles plantain chips. Together, the two are creating a unique, one-of-a-kind delicious brew: The Chifles Blonde Ale.

Marshall Hendrickson, Co-Founder of Veza Sur Brewing Co. explained, “The beer was brewed alongside our friends from Chifles with 100 pounds of their original plantain chips. Safe to say this cerveza quedo buenisima!”

The new beer is 4.9% ABV and 20 IBU, and is available to order on draft, as well as in a 32 oz. crowler. When ordering the Chifles Blonde Ale, you will also get a side of platanitos to fully embrace the Miami culture that lies within this collaboration.

Veza Sur Brewing Co., coined Wynwood's Latin Craft Brewery & Bar, is a long-time Miami favorite brewery, and this partnership could not be more perfectly intertwined. Chifles was inspired by Havana, Cuba and the times when plantian chips were sold by vendors in the streets. The company was started in 1963 and was purchased by the Riva family, the original distributors, in 2017. Following 2 years with the Riva's the company quickly became the top plantain chip brand in the United States. Chifles carries 14 different platin chip products, all being both vegan and gluten-free.
